ReelProof Refund Policy

At ReelProof, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your AI-generated ads. Because our service involves immediate costs related to AI processing and GPU rendering, we have established the following policy to be fair to both our merchants and our development team.

1. 7-Day "Satisfaction Guarantee"

If you have subscribed to a paid plan (Starter or Scale) and are unhappy with the tool, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

  • You have used fewer than 2 video credits from your monthly allotment.

  • You have uninstalled the app from your Shopify admin before requesting the refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

To prevent abuse of our AI systems, refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Consumed Credits: Once a video has been generated and rendered in 1080p, the credit is considered "consumed," and the cost of processing cannot be recovered.

  • Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. If you cancel, you will retain access to your credits until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Forgotten Cancellations: It is the merchant's responsibility to uninstall the app if they no longer wish to be billed.

3. The Free Trial "Safety Net"

We offer a 2-video lifetime Free Plan specifically so you can test our AI, voiceovers, and styles before you ever spend a dollar. We strongly encourage all merchants to use these free credits to ensure the app meets their needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1, please follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the ReelProof app from your Shopify store.

  2. Send an email to support@reelproof.com with the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Store Name]".

  3. Include a brief explanation of why the app didn't work for you. (We use this feedback to help Hammas improve the tool!)

5. Processing & Shopify Billing

As a Shopify Partner, all our refunds are processed through the Shopify Billing API. Once approved, the refund will appear as a credit on your next Shopify invoice or be returned to your original payment method, depending on Shopify’s current billing cycles.
